In 1993, Gary and Trish Walker founded GT Enterprises, which is the holding company for Magic Touch Cleaning and its affiliates. Today, Magic Touch boasts more than 161 accounts throughout the Midwest with $3.2 million revenues in 2006.
Magic Touch Cleaning’s success is thanks in part to long-term partnerships. In fact, Magic Touch has had many of its customers for ten to fifteen years, which is almost unheard of in the cleaning business. Clients include 61 banks in the Kansas City area, medical facilities, eye surgery centers, car dealerships, and a live out-of-doors theatre.
Over the past few years, Trish and Gary’s number one priority has been investing in the business to make the shift to cleaning with only environmentally friendly products, without increasing the cost to customers. |
